If you are using Grabull Drive through with Grabull Direct or Grabull Market Place, please first reach out to support team to begin the onboarding process.
If you do not have an online ordering on your website, please consider signing up for Grabull Direct commission-free online ordering system. Through Grabull Direct, you can create a branded online store to enable pickup and delivery ordering directly from your own website, commission-free.
Alternatively, if you do not have an online ordering provider and would like to use Grabull Drive to request Drivers to fulfill deliveries, please fill out the signup form on this page. A member of the team will reach out to you with further instructions for the onboarding process.
Grabull Drive is our Just delivery fulfillment service, meaning Drivers will deliver your orders from your website, or whatever deliveries you created on demand on our Dashboard. Grabull Marketplace orders come separate through our app.
We understand the Integration technology and we will provide you with our printer tablet solution, which will automatically ingest delivery details of order from all 3rd parties and dispatch the driver. And if you are running your website online orders with Grabull Direct those orders also auto ingest delivery details & dispatch the driver. Additional there is a small form takes 30 seconds to fill , you can create delivery too for all your Phone orders for On-Demand delivery.
There is no setup fee, subscription fees or service termination fees for Grabull Drive. Grabull Drive's standard pricing structure is a flat delivery fee paid by the merchant per Mile apart from delivery fee paid by Customer. Any tips left by the customer will 100% be passed to the Driver.

Depending on your online ordering provider, you will either
Scenario 1- Just using driver service Receive an itemized invoice from Grabull at the beginning of each week with (Miles - Drive Fees + Tips or any Extra service you opted associated with subscription like Marketing, ads etc.). The Grabull Drive invoice is payable by ACH Only.
Scenario 2- You do online orders with Grabull Direct then the charges are adjusted weekly statement before weekly payouts processed to Restaurant. The Grabull Drive invoice is payable by ACH, wire or check.
